The State of Florida seeks a Senior Database Administrator for the Office of Election Crimes and Security in the Florida Department of State. This role maintains OECS databases, supports case intake and document requests, and ensures data integrity and security in a high-stakes environment.
You will develop PL/SQL and T-SQL queries, implement failover strategies, perform patches and upgrades, and provide data resources to staff for investigations.

This position serves as the senior database administrator for the Office of Election Crimes and Security (OECS) at the Florida Department of State (Department). Responsible for maintaining OECS database resources for tracking electronic records, case files and outgoing document requests.
A Level 2 criminal background check is a condition of employment. If selected for this position, you must provide your fingerprints. We will send your fingerprints to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a criminal background check.
