Qualifications

• Experience in residential supervision or student services preferred.
• Strong communication and counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff coverage to supervise student dorm areas.
• Maintain an active substitute Residential Advisor list for vacancies and callouts.
• Supervise staff performance, training, and disciplinary actions within the Residential Department.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized case management to promote student progress, retention and completion.
• Ensure accurate incident and shift reports and maintain dorm security.
