Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate of Arts degree preferred, or two (2) years work-related experience.
• One year of experience in dormitory management or working with at-risk youth preferred.
• Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with Substance Abuse policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and supervision of assigned dormitory.
• Ensure resident advisors meet student needs.
• Provide activity reports to Social Development Director.
