Eckerd Connects is seeking a Senior Residential Advisor in Albany, GA to supervise dormitory life for Job Corps trainees, ensuring safety and order. You will monitor progress toward performance goals and apply consistent Core-Value-driven practices.

Responsibilities include 24/7 dorm supervision, adherence to policies, and documenting student records while mentoring trainees aged 16–24 in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Prefer two years' experience in related field such as counseling, education, social work, rehabilitation, or vocational guidance.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Pass a drug screen per policy.
• Nationwide background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, supportive dormitory supervision for Job Corps trainees.
• Manage dormitory operations per center policies and procedures.
• Supervise students aged 16–24 to maintain good order and discipline.
• Ensure 24/7 supervision and adherence to rules and procedures.
• Maintain 100% accountability for residents and logs during shifts.
• Mentor students and assist adjustment to Center life.
• Document student records in the system.
