Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Willmar, MN seeks a Director of Rehab to lead all rehabilitation services across our Cura of Willmar location. This full-time daytime role requires overseeing therapy operations and collaborating with facility staff to ensure top patient care.

Candidates must hold a current state license (PT, PTA, OT, or COTA), have a therapy degree, and demonstrate leadership in program development and referrals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program (PT, PTA, OTR, or COTA).
• Current state licensure.
• Provide professional rehab services to residents in the facility.
• Initiate referrals per Therapy Department procedures.
• Plan, schedule, direct and oversee rehabilitation services for optimum operation.
• Establish program development objectives and analyze effectiveness.
• Maintain relations between Continuum employees and facility staff.

Director Of Rehab Requirements & Responsibilities

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program - Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OTR), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Current state licensure
• Provide professional support services to rehabilitation center residents.
• Initiate referrals as suitable and complying with Therapy Department procedures.
• Plan, schedule, arrange, direct and oversee entire rehabilitation services to ensure optimum departmental operation.
• Establish program development objectives and conduct ongoing analysis of effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relations between Continuum employees and facility staff and administration.
