Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead and coordinate therapy services across locations. You will guide PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs, ensuring high standards and collaborative practice in each facility.

The role emphasizes development objectives, referrals within Therapy procedures, and building strong relations with facility staff while maintaining resident-centered care and program effectiveness across the region.

Competenze

• Must have graduated from an accredited therapy program and hold current state licensure.
• Provide professional support services to rehabilitation center residents.
• Initiate referrals per Therapy Department procedures.
• Plan, schedule, direct and oversee rehabilitation services for optimum operation.
• Develop objectives and analyze program effectiveness.
• Maintain relationships between Continuum staff and facility staff.

Director of Rehab

Director of Rehab Requirements & Responsibilities

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Current state licensure
• Provide professional support services to rehabilitation center residents.
• Initiate referrals as suitable and complying with Therapy Department procedures.
• Plan, schedule, arrange, direct and oversee entire rehabilitation services to ensure optimum departmental operation.
• Establish program development objectives and conduct ongoing analysis of effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relations between Continuum employees and facility staff and administration.
