Enhance Rehabilitation is hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services across one or more of our locations. As a Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for the successful operation of your assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standards of rehabilitation services are provided efficiently and effectively, with optimal patient outcomes.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including staff and contract labor.
2. Communicate effectively with management, including other Directors and Regional Managers.
3. Ensure adherence to evidence-based care standards and regulatory compliance in clinical services.
4. Oversee clinical management, including case management, quality improvement, and care planning.
5. Handle hiring, onboarding, development, and support of staff and contractors.
6. Provide excellent customer service to team members, patients, and families.
7. Develop reports and implement programs tailored to the patient population.
