• Greet guests regardless of busyness or time of day.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus and assist with seating.
• Provide information and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Note VIP arrivals and special requests for follow-up.
• Extend courteous departures and invite guests to return.
• Provide security and safety for guests and staff.
• Enforce hotel and venue policies within legal guidelines.
• Manage the flow of guests entering the venue and doors.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Assist with bookings and organizing table reservations.
• Build relationships with guests and offer contact details for future reservations.
• Create revenue by selling tables at the door.
• Coordinate with management and service team to address issues.
