SafeStreets USA – ADT Authorized Provider in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a confident, motivated sales professional to join our home security team. You will speak with homeowners, identify security needs, explain ADT alarm and smart-home solutions, and close new accounts.

The role offers weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses. First-year earnings up to $100,000 are achievable for motivated representatives, with many earning six figures.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Home security or alarm sales experience is a major bonus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners door-to-door within assigned neighborhoods
• Build rapport and identify each customer’s home security needs
• Clearly explain ADT alarm systems, monitoring services, and available packages
• Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close accounts
• Represent our company and the ADT name professionally and respectfully
