Job summary

Rise Internet is scaling fast across Texas and seeks aggressive, relentless door-to-door sales reps to sell our fast, reliable internet. You’ll own your territory, plan routes, and close on the spot, with compensation that reflects your effort.

Entry-level rep learning the pitch, with a path to top earnings—up to $100k+ yearly for top performers. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available and you’ll be part of a team that rewards results.

What You'll Actually Do

• Knock doors in assigned Texas neighborhoods every day and sell Rise Internet services.

Who We're Looking For

• You hear "no" 30 times and knock the 31st door with the same energy.
• You want to be paid for what you produce — not for showing up.
• You're coachable, competitive, and willing to be held accountable.
• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car allowance provided).
• You can work outside in real weather — rain, heat, cold.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior door-to-door, retail, or commission sales experience is a plus — not a requirement. We've hired bartenders, trainers, coaches, military, athletes, solar reps, pest reps, security reps, and car salespeople who crushed it.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
