Job Summary

We are seeking a hungry, results‑driven and energetic Door‑to‑Door Sales Representative to expand our residential and commercial customer base. As the founding member of our door‑to‑door sales team, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a team that shares your hunger and drive. This role requires excellent communication, persistence, and the ability to establish rapport quickly. The ideal candidate will be self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic sales environment. Compensation is a mix of salary, commission & performance bonus : $80,000 to $120,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Outreach:
  • Visit residential and commercial areas to introduce company products or services.
  • Identify potential leads and engage prospects in one‑on‑one interactions.
• Sales & Customer Engagement:
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
  • Explain benefits, answer questions, and overcome objections during sales conversations.
  • Secure orders and finalize sales agreements on‑site.
• Relationship Building:
  • Establish trust and long‑term relationships with customers through professional and courteous interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Reporting & Feedback:
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, sales calls, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.
• Compliance & Safety:
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols during door‑to‑door visits.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience consistently meeting and exceeding door‑to‑door sales targets
• At least 3 years experience working in selling home services - pest control / roofing / home security / lawn care / solar / fiber internet.
