Job summary

Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential outside sales representative in Illinois to grow our customer base. The role offers a base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures through strong performance.

You will obtain new customers through in-person visits, pursue leads daily, and present quotes while understanding property needs and contract terms. This position is field-based with opportunities for bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face residential/door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work outdoors in a field-based role.
• Strong communications, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sign-up new customers at residences.
• Pursue provided leads daily and target new properties.
• Explain service needs and provide quotes for sign-up orders.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and restrictions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Develop Astound brand awareness in the assigned territory.
