Job summary

Renewal by Andersen LLC is seeking an enthusiastic individual to engage in door to door canvassing in Annapolis, Maryland. This position offers a base pay of $20 an hour, with the potential to earn over $80,000–$90,000 in the first year based on performance.

The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and maintaining records of customer interactions. Possessing a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 to be covered under company driving insurance policy.
• Reliable transportation to navigate through territory.
• Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads while engaging in door to door campaigning.
• Transport self to assigned territory and work independently.
• Utilize mapping program and business applications for data tracking.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate ideas to improve effectiveness of the canvassing program.

Skills

Strong verbal communication skills
