Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is hiring Canvassers to drive customer acquisition by engaging residents door to door about energy assessments and the Mass Save program. The role offers an hourly base of $24 plus uncapped commission with top performers earning substantial weekly bonuses.

Ideal candidates will have strong people skills, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable traveling within a 1-hour territory. Health and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Knock door to door on 60+ homes a day, talking to residents about their home and scheduling no cost energy assessments for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save Program.
• Responsible for scheduling customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in home visits as needed.
• Responsible for arriving to assigned neighborhoods at scheduled times.
• Attends bi-weekly team meetings, some in Charleston, MA.
• Drives to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away.
• Perform other duties as required.
