Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is hiring Canvassers to go door-to-door in the Springfield area. The role is hourly plus commission, with flexible scheduling and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities include knocking on 60+ homes daily to discuss energy assessments, scheduling no-cost evaluations, attending team meetings, and driving to canvassing locations within 1 hour. Health and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
• Must be okay traveling to territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage is reimbursed).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Knock door to door on 60+ homes a day, talking to residents about their home and scheduling no cost energy assessments for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save Program.
• Responsible for scheduling customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in home visits as needed
• Responsible for arriving to assigned neighborhoods at scheduled times.
• Attends bi-weekly team meetings, some of which are in Charleston, Ma
• Drives to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away
• Perform other duties as required
