Forever Fortified is seeking energetic individuals for door-to-door canvassing and appointment setting in Rochester, MN. You will connect with homeowners, introduce premium home improvement services, and schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team.

We offer hourly pay plus commissions, flexible full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required to travel within the territory and work

Qualifications

• Previous canvassing, customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our products and services
• Schedule qualified in-home appointments for our sales representatives
• Accurately record customer information and appointment details
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
• Travel throughout the assigned service area
• Represent Forever Fortified professionally and provide excellent customer service
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled
