Forever Fortified in Rochester, MN seeks energetic Door-to-Door Canvassers / Appointment Setters to engage homeowners, present our premium home improvement services, and schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team.

Earn $15–$20 per hour plus commissions with flexible full-time and part-time options, paid training, and career growth in a growing home improvement team.

Qualifications

• Experience in canvassing, customer service, retail or sales is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our products and services.

• Accurately record customer information and appointment details.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
• Travel throughout the assigned service area.

Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience) + Commission

Join a Growing Home Improvement Team! Forever Fortified is looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers / Appointment Setters. In this role, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce our premium bathroom remodeling services, as well as roofing, windows, and other home improvement solutions, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.
