Job summary

Centro Escolar University is seeking a results-driven, outgoing canvasser to introduce our services to homeowners in Bend, Oregon. You will meet people at their doors, explain benefits, and schedule appointments for the sales team without committing to a sale.

You will track daily leads and participate in ongoing training. Ideal candidates are comfortable speaking with homeowners, can walk and stand for long periods outdoors, and can work Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and door-knocking.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication and scheduling.
• Availability Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods to introduce company services.
• Engage homeowners, build rapport, and identify potential needs.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team without closing sales.
