Paris Painting seeks an energetic part-time door-to-door role in the Minneapolis area. You will knock on doors from 3:00 to 7:00 PM, introduce Paris Painting and Paris Home Exteriors, and book free home estimates in about 60 seconds.

Log every door and conversation in SalesRabbit, leave a flyer when needed, and join a supportive team focused on consistent weekly results and growth opportunities.

Job description

$20/hr guaranteed + bonuses Part-Time · 3–7 PM Minneapolis & Saint Paul Paid Weekly

No selling. Just talking to homeowners and setting up free estimates.

Paris Painting has painted more than 12,000 homes across Minneapolis and Saint Paul since 2012 and has over 1,000 five-star Google reviews. A lot of those projects started the same way: someone from our team knocked on the door, said hi, and asked if the house needed anything. That someone could be you.

You knock, you chat, you book the free estimate. Our estimators handle the rest.

The Role

You work an assigned map of neighborhoods from 3:00 to 7:00 PM, about 20 to 25 hours a week. You knock on doors, introduce Paris Painting and Paris Home Exteriors, and when a homeowner has a project in mind, you book a free estimate for them in about 60 seconds. You log every door in SalesRabbit and leave a flyer when nobody is home.

There is no closing, no pricing and no pressure. The goal is 8 or more booked appointments a week, and most of the people who hit it are students, athletes and people who like being outside more than they like sitting at a desk.

How the Pay Works

Every hour you knock is paid at $20, no matter what. On top of that, you earn a bonus for every estimate that gets completed from an appointment you set, and the rate goes up the more you book in a week:

• 1 to 5 completed estimates in a week: $25 each.
• 6 to 10 completed estimates: $50 each.
• 11 or more: $75 each.
• 1% of every job sold from an estimate you booked, up to $1,000 per job.

A rep who books 8 appointments a week and knocks 20 hours makes about $750 to $900 that week before the sold-job bonus. Our best reps earn the equivalent of $75 an hour or more. Pay is weekly, and training is paid.

What You Will Do

• Knock 500 or more doors a week in your assigned map, 3:00 to 7:00 PM.
• Set 8 or more free estimate appointments a week with homeowners who have a real project in mind.
• Track every door, conversation and flyer in SalesRabbit.
• Show up to the team huddle before you head out.
• Be the first friendly face a homeowner sees from Paris Painting.
