Durahome Painting Plus in the Twin Cities is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to drive exterior painting projects. You’ll convert inbound homeowner inquiries, build your own network, manage your schedule, and close deals in a living room setting.

Compensation is commission-based with clear accelerators: $100K+ for consistent performers, $140K+ for strong performers, and $180K+ for top performers. The role includes a company vehicle, health stipend, and hands-on training to accelerate ramp-up.
