Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one or two-step instructions; deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a pre-hanging door assembly line as part of the full-time production team.
• Operate power tools such as saws, nail guns, staplers for door material prep.
• Forklift operation for loading/unloading materials.
• Maintain equipment and monitor quality throughout the production process.
• Keep the work area clean and safe according to warehouse rules.
