The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork. Candidates should be able to lift up to 80 pounds and follow simple instructions, with opportunities for advancement as many store managers started as trainees.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to understand and carry out one or two-step instructions.
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate on pre-hanging door assembly line.
• Maintain equipment on the warehouse assembly line.
• Load, unload, store and package production material.
• Monitor quality throughout production.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment following safety rules.
