A strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork guides daily work in a busy shop. 84 Lumber emphasizes internal promotion and growth, with many store managers starting as trainees and earning promotions within six months.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and memos; communicate one-on-one.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate pre-hanging door assembly line equipment.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse equipment.
• Load, unload, and package materials as needed.
• Monitor quality throughout production.
• Observe all safety rules in the warehouse.
