Job summary

Shuster's Building Components is seeking applicants to join our team. We are a wholesale interior and exterior door manufacturer with 70+ years in the building supply industry, a family-owned business focused on great experiences for customers and employees.

The role involves assisting in production and shipping, including manufacturing door units, palletizing, loading/unloading trucks, and picking items for orders. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift interior and exterior door units up to 100 lb consistently during the work shift.
• Must be able to work in seasonal temperatures ranging from 0° to 100°.
• Must be on your feet for 8–10 hours and able to work overtime (≈10+ hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Assist in production department during manufacturing of door units.
• Palletize product and prepare shipments.
• Load trucks and unload trucks.
• Pull shelf items for orders.
