Job summary

Shuster's Building Components in Irwin, PA is seeking applicants to assist in production and shipping roles. You will help manufacture door units, palletize products for shipping, load and unload trucks, and locate shelf items for orders. The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and tolerance for seasonal temperatures. A monthly bonus is provided based on profitability, alongside a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift interior and exterior door units up to 100# consistently.
• Must be able to work in seasonal temperatures ranging from 0° to 100°.
• Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours and perform manual tasks.

Job Summary

To help and physically assist in production and the shipping / handling departments as needed. Main duties include but not limited to are:

• working in the production department assisting in the manufacturing of door units
• palletizing product and shipping preparation
• loading trucks
• unloading trucks
• pulling shelf items for orders

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift interior and exterior door unit's up to 100# consistently throughout a work shift
• Must be able to work in seasonal temperatures ranging at times from 0° - 100°
• Must be able to be on your feet throughout the work shift of 8-10 hours
• Must be able to work overtime (approximately 10 or more additional hours per week)
