Candidates must have proven experience with exterior and interior doors, patio sliders, and related hardware, plus EPA LRRP certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.

Scope of Work (Experience Required): Doors (must have experience with all):

• Exterior entry doors
• Interior doors
• Patio sliders and/or hinged
• Storm/Screen/Security doors

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential window replacement
• EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre-1978 work)
• Ability to complete installs start-to-finish with quality workmanship
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Reliable transportation
• Background Check: Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.

Additional Requirements:

• Insurance: Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing our company as additionally insured, including proof of Workers' Compensation if you have employees.
• Licensing: Valid Contracting and Business Licenses as required by state regulations.
