Job summary

DH Pace Company is hiring experienced or trainee Install and Service Door Technicians for the Nashville area. This is a hands-on on-site role with top pay for experienced installers and a strong training program to help you grow within the company.

You will install and service a range of commercial and residential doors, identify opportunities to upsell products and services, and maintain job paperwork while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a construction-related industry.
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and have a good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs., and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial and residential doors and operating systems.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and submit job-related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Install and/or service quality products for homeowners and homebuilders.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times.

What You'll Do

• Work independently to install and/or repair a wide range of commercial and residential doors and operating systems.
• You will successfully identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Employees will be responsible for tracking and maintaining job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner.
• Install and/or service quality products and provide professional services for homeowners and homebuilders.
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years in a construction related industry.
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and have a good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort working at heights and using a ladder.
