Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced door install subcontractors with general carpentry experience to perform exterior trim work and related duties. The role emphasizes protecting customer homes, delivering top service, and maintaining professional workmanship.

Candidates should have carpentry background, brake metal knowledge, and valid business and liability licenses. Tools, trailer, and truck are required, with safety and quality at the forefront of every project.

Qualifications

• Prior carpentry experience is required.
• Knowledge & experience with brake metal.
• Valid Business License & General Liability License.
• Ownership of installation tools, trailer (with brake metal), and a truck.
• Workers' Compensation insurance or valid Florida exemption.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' homes during removal and installation.
• Complete exterior trim work on doors, occasional interior finish work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Adhere to safety and dress code standards.
