Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking an experienced Door Installation Subcontractor to join our team. This role offers in-house training, pre-measured doors, and year-round installation work, with a sign-on bonus of $2,000.

You’ll help protect customers’ homes during installs and deliver an outstanding experience from start to finish. Candidates must have prior carpentry experience, brake metal knowledge, and hold valid business and general liability licenses.

Qualifications

• Prior carpentry experience required.
• Knowledge and experience with brake metal.
• Valid business license and general liability license.
• Ownership of installation tools, trailer (with brake metal), and truck.
• Workers' compensation insurance or valid exemption (Florida).

Responsibilities

• Protect customers’ homes during removal and installation.
• Complete exterior trim work on doors; interior finish work occasionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe worksite.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Adhere to company safety and dress code standards.
