We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Doorperson/Greeter to be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients.


Job Description: As our door greeter, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring all those entering and exiting the store are comfortable and feel safe. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers at the exterior of the store as they enter, answer basic questions regarding hours of the store or services offered, and ensure the staff and clients are comfortable with those entering the store. You will also help maintain a secure environment by adhering to our store’s security measures and being vigilant in identifying and alerting staff to potentially problematic guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
  2. Inform customers of our buzz-in door system, ensuring a smooth flow of foot traffic.
  3. Provide a friendly, professional, and courteous first impression for every guest.
  4. Offer assistance with business questions or directions.
  5. Monitor the store entrance, ensuring that staff are alerted to any disturbances.
  6. Stay alert and aware of any suspicious behavior, promptly notifying the appropriate personnel.
  7. Respect and uphold all security protocols in place, including store access, surveillance systems, and emergency procedures.
  8. Stay alert and available to potential guests; no phone conversations, texting, etc.

Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Professional appearance and demeanor.
  3. Previous experience in customer service, security, or hospitality roles is a plus.
  4. Strong awareness and the ability to identify security concerns.
  5. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  6. Friendly demeanor.
