Job summary

Rugby Architectural Building Products in New Century, KS, is seeking a Door Fabricator/Carpenter to fabricate interior and exterior doors and door frames to customer specs. The role supports warehouse operations with material handling and inventory organization.

You will operate woodworking equipment such as table saws, routers, chop saws, and nail guns, read blueprints, stage orders, and maintain a clean, safe work environment according to company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, manufacturing, production, assembly, millwork, door fabrication, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble doors and door frames.
• Operate woodworking equipment including table saws, routers, chop saws, and nail guns.
• Safely operate production machinery and hand tools.
• Read and follow production specifications and measurements.
• Stage and load customer orders accurately.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (overtime on occasion)

Position Summary
