Rugby Architectural Building Products in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Door Shop Fabricator to build and prepare interior and exterior doors and door frames. You will operate production tools and assemble doors to customer specs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing or woodworking, can lift heavy materials with team support, and thrive in a team-oriented shop. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, or warehouse environments.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds with team assistance.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate interior and exterior doors and door frames.
• Operate production tools such as table saws, routers, chop saws, and nail guns.
• Assemble and customize doors to customer specs.
• Assist with staging, loading, and securing products for delivery.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Support warehouse operations and material storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Attend and follow safety procedures.
