Rugby Architectural Building Products in New Century, KS is seeking a Door Fabricator/Carpenter to fabricate interior and exterior doors and door frames per customer specifications. The role supports warehouse operations with material handling and inventory organization.

The position offers starting pay at $20.00 per hour, a schedule Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional overtime, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, life

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, woodworking, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble doors and door frames.
• Operate woodworking equipment including table saws, routers, chop saws, and nail guns.
• Safely operate production machinery and hand tools.
• Read and follow production specifications and measurements.
• Stage and load customer orders accurately.
• Assist with loading and securing materials for delivery.
• Receive, move, and organize inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
