Reimagined Parking is hiring a Door Attendant for Carillon Hotel and Spa on Collins Ave in Miami Beach. The role offers an $17/hour wage, full-time status, and varying shifts, including weekends.

You will greet guests, assist with concierge-style needs, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment while upholding service standards across the site. As part of the Operations team, you will coordinate with the front desk and valet, respond to guest inquiries, and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or equivalent degree.
• Pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States with eligibility verification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure in a professional manner.
• Open and close main entrance doors for all guests.
• Provide concierge-style assistance: direct to amenities, coordinate taxi/shuttle, notify valet.
• Inform front desk of guest arrivals when applicable.
• Address guest questions and requests promptly and respectfully.
• Escalate issues to Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager as needed.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with guests and team members.
• Monitor entry areas for safety and order.
• Report accidents or safety concerns immediately.

Description

Position: Door Attendant
Location: Carillon Hotel and Spa (6801 Collins Ave)
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Shifts will vary and may include weekends

The Door Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experience and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the facility. This position is responsible for providing courteous, professional service to all guests while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment that exceeds client expectations.

The Door Attendant works closely with team members, the Operations Manager, and Shift Supervisors to uphold service standards and support overall site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Open and close main entrance doors for all guests (not limited to valet customers)
• Provide concierge‑style assistance, including:
  • Directing guests to on‑site amenities and services
  • Coordinating taxi, rideshare, or shuttle services
  • Notifying valet attendants of vehicle requests
• Communicating guest arrivals to front desk personnel when applicable
• Address guest questions, concerns, and requests promptly with professionalism and respect
• Escalate guest issues or operational concerns to the Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager as needed
• Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests, clients, and team members at all times
• Monitor entry areas to ensure a safe and organized environment
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents, and safety concerns

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School or equivalent degree
• Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to stand for extended periods, potentially for the entire shift
• Frequent use of push/pull motions when opening doors
• Occasional lifting and carrying of guest luggage or personal items (up to 50 lbs)
• Must always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Primarily works outdoors or in building entrance areas, with exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
• Requires standing and remaining alert for extended periods, often for the full duration of the shift
• Frequent interaction with guests, clients, and team members in a fast‑paced environment
• May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Environment may include moderate noise levels and high guest traffic during peak times
• Role involves repetitive physical movements such as opening doors and assisting guests with belongings
