Job summary

Woodgrain is hiring an Assembler in Lancaster, PA to build pre-hung door units per customer specs and company safety standards. You will inspect finished products, keep a clean work area, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations on the assembly line.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to follow directions, and familiarity with manufacturing tools (chop saw, door machine, router, nail gun). Forklift cert may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Familiarity with door components and assembly techniques preferred.
• Ability to use manufacturing tools and machinery (chop saw, door machine, router, nail gun, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assemble pre-hung door units according to customer specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities and touch-up as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure smooth assembly line operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
