This hands-on role emphasizes safety, quality, attendance and teamwork, with shifts, pay up to $21.75 per hour with bonuses and sign-on options.

You will work first or second shift, follow procedures, report issues, maintain equipment, and contribute to a long-term manufacturing career.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production machinery and tools.
• Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and tracking production quantities.
• Strong attention to quality, dimensions, color, and product finish.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble door components accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes and report issues.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Prepare products for painting, packaging, storage or shipment.
