Job description

Alco Doors, a Division of US LBM is seeking Door Assemblers for our location in Baltimore, MD.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Wage: $15 Per Hour

How You Will Spend Your Days as a Door Shop Assembler:

  • Experience: in wood working or machine operation is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for 8+ hours per work shift. Ability to bend, twist, squat and reach.
  • Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift up to 75lbs throughout the work shift.
  • Utilizing power saws, air nail guns, staplers and other tools needed to prepare wood material used to assemble doors.
  • Pick and pull production material as needed.
  • Load, unload, store, and package material.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Capable of reading a tape measure and doing simple measurements.
  • Strong communication, work attitude and work ethic (attendance).
