Job summary

University of Missouri seeks a Coordinator of Donor Recognition & Stewardship to support donor relations and stewardship activities. Reporting to the Director of Recognition & Stewardship, this role coordinates high-quality acknowledgment and stewardship communications and maintains tracking in the CRM, ensuring donors are recognized, informed, and connected to the impact of their philanthropy.

Key duties include drafting acknowledgment letters, managing donor segments, coordinating scholarship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in donor relations, stewardship, or advancement is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and coordinate donor acknowledgment letters and stewardship materials.
• Manage acknowledgment processes for assigned donor segments and fund types.
• Coordinate scholarship stewardship communications and donor-facing materials.
• Track stewardship activities and maintain data integrity in the CRM.
• Coordinate naming opportunities and stewardship events.
• Serve as liaison to schools, colleges, or units for stewardship coordination.
