Job summary

The Museum of Science is seeking a Stewardship Manager to design and execute donor stewardship strategies that enhance engagement, recognition and retention. You will ensure timely, accurate communications that demonstrate impact and strengthen long-term donor relationships.

You will develop plans across donor levels, oversee reports and donor-facing materials, and collaborate with Communications, Finance, and program teams to align messaging with priorities and donor expectations.

• Ability to plan and track donor impact reporting.
• Strong cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements stewardship plans across donor segments and giving levels.
• Ensures consistent, high-quality donor acknowledgment and recognition practices.
• Manages donor reporting processes, including impact reports and updates.
• Oversees development of donor-facing materials and communications.
• Coordinates with Finance to ensure stewardship records and compliance.
