Job summary

The San Francisco Conservatory of Music seeks a Stewardship and Donor Relations Coordinator to strengthen connections with donors across annual, major, principal, and planned gifts. You will work with Gift Officers and the AVP of Advancement Operations to shape stewardship programs and demonstrate the impact of philanthropy.

This role provides essential data and operations support, manages donor acknowledgments and records, and collaborates with Financial Aid, Events, and Accounting to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in nonprofit development with donor relations focus.
• Excellent diplomacy, problem-solving, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Superior written and oral communication abilities.
• Strong organizational ability with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and activate a comprehensive stewardship strategy to acknowledge, recognize, and engage donors at all levels.
• Draft and compile annual endowment and scholarship reports for donors.
• Collaborate with Donor Experience and Events teams to manage donor visits and stewardship events.
• Coordinate production of stewardship mailings and digital communications.
• Ensure appropriate donor recognition throughout facilities and materials.
• Track and report on impact with academic and program partners.
