Reports to: Operations Manager/Supervisor
Pay Grade: 5
Pay Range: $19.50 - $21.25 (DOE)
Positions Available: Part-time (under 30 hours per week) or
Full-time (over 30 hours per week)
Shift Days: Must have availability to work shifts Wednesday – Sunday
Shift Times: Variable based on operational needs
Donor Services Specialists support CCBC’s mission by providing safe, high-quality donor experiences through screening, blood collection, donor education, and operational support in both our donor centers and mobile operations. Positions progress from donor screening and operational support (DS I) to certified whole blood phlebotomy (DS II), to automated collections and advanced responsibility (DS III) based on organizational need and/or employee competency.
