Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (nonprofit management, fundraising, data analytics, etc.).
• Three+ years of experience in prospect/donor research or fundraising intelligence.
• Robust analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and provide insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• High integrity and confidentiality when handling donor information.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce) and data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Experience using WealthEngine, LexisNexis for prospect research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive donor prospect research analyzing philanthropic history, interests, connections, and giving patterns.
• Perform holistic wealth assessments to predict giving capacity and identify fundraising opportunities.
• Analyze donor portfolios to optimize fundraising strategies and uncover untapped capacity.
• Translate research into actionable insights and donor profiles for fundraising teams.
• Collaborate with GPE fundraising team and cross-functional partners to integrate insights into campaigns.
• Support ongoing donor database and prospect management improvements.
• Stay updated on fundraising research trends and best practices.
