Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly donor acknowledgement process to ensure timely, accurate letters.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute donor stewardship activities and events.
• Maintain current donor and endowment descriptions to ensure donor intent is followed.
• Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for development and alumni relations staff and leaders.
• Oversee game-day and sky suite communications and logistics.
• Provide administrative support to the DAR team, including calendars and travel arrangements.
• Manage gift processing and related financial transactions.
• Maintain confidential donor files and maintain budgets for projects.
