Job summary

Children’s Cancer Research Fund in Bloomington, MN, seeks a Development Coordinator to support donor stewardship, communications, and development operations. You will provide administrative, operational, and project coordination support for donor engagements and fundraising campaigns, reporting to the Director of Development, Partnerships.

This is a hybrid, non-exempt role requiring some weekend and evening work, with a minimum of two days per week in the Bloomington office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of administrative, project, or operations support in nonprofit/fundraising
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
• Experience with mailing coordination, events, donor communications

Responsibilities

• Donor welcome, stewardship & acknowledgement support; CRM reporting and data validation
• Coordinate digital stewardship activities: campaign scheduling, testing, recipient list extraction in Salesforce
• Grant submission coordination and donor communications support
• Vendor coordination for creative/print projects and events
• Support meeting calendars for Directors of Development and team executives
