Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Higher Education, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination, administrative operations, fundraising support or external relations.
• 2 years supporting executive leadership.
• 3 years using CRM databases or comparable systems.
• Knowledge of fundraising, donor stewardship and constituent engagement.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and donor engagement activities.
• Coordinate events and partnerships with donors, volunteers, faculty and administrators.
• Assist leadership with executive initiatives and reporting.
• Develop reports, dashboards and briefing materials for executives.
