Qualifications

• Required work experience in the medical field.
• Current California driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospitals in identifying and referring potential donors.
• Discuss plans of care with the medical team for donations.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to enhance referral activity.
• Manage and document active referrals in the EMR system.
• Train new RCC hires and maintain staff training logs.
