Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley is seeking a Donor Prospect and Database Manager to join the Resource Development team at our Knoxville office. You will generate concise wealth profiles and strategy briefings to drive major gift fundraising, leveraging public data and wealth indicators to strengthen our donor pipelines.

You will independently plan and execute research strategies, manage prospect assignments in our moves system, and ensure data integrity for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience using online wealth and donor databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and analyze donor information to create biographical and financial profiles.
• Engage wealth indicators to build donor pipelines and inform solicitation strategies.
• Provide philanthropic intelligence tailored to gift levels and audiences.
• Serve as content expert for gift levels to optimize donor portfolios for fundraisers.
• Manage, track, and assign prospects using BGCTNV’s moves management; ensure data integrity.
• Develop familiarity with BGCTNV’s top donors and share insights across the team.
• Track philanthropy trends to support a best‑in‑class development office.
