OneBlood in Lakeland, FL is seeking a phlebotomist to perform blood collection procedures from donors in compliance with FDA regulations and AABB standards. You will obtain medical history and vitals, draw blood, and ensure courteous service to all donors.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong written and verbal communication, and basic computer skills. You may work at mobile or fixed sites and support donor recruitment efforts.

Responsabilités

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors and/or patients.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.
• Assists with recruitment of potential apheresis and bone marrow donors.
