Job summary

Arkansas Foodbank is seeking a Farm & Retail Donations Specialist to grow food donation partnerships with local farmers and retail partners in the Delta region. The role supports daily operations at the Delta location, including receiving product and coordinating logistics, while serving as a key organization representative in the community.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (Business or related) and two years of experience in purchasing, food sourcing, donor relations, retail operations, or supply chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening, with valid Arkansas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers, retail stores, and other donors.
• Identify opportunities to increase donation volume and frequency.
• Coordinate farm and retail donations, including scheduling and logistics.
• Receive and document incoming shipments at the Delta location.
• Assist with daily operations and coordinate with Warehouse and Transportation teams.
• Travel within the Delta region as needed.
