We’re seeking a strategic, faith-driven Donor Partnership Director to lead our fundraising efforts, deepen donor relationships, and expand our reach through innovative partnerships. This is more than a development role—it’s a ministry of generosity.

HOW YOU’LL SERVE:

• Lead strategic fundraising plans to support IM’s mission and operational goals.
• Mentor and manage a dynamic development team: cultivating and stewarding relationships with individuals, churches, corporations, and foundations.
• Oversee and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives, including annual giving, capital campaigns, and grant writing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• Travel nationwide to build donor relationships and represent IM.
• Manage development budgets and deliver data-driven fundraising results.
• Lead ongoing development meetings, create agendas in collaboration with the Chief Advancement Officer.

THE GIFTS YOU’LL BRING (skills / culture-fit / mission-fit):

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• MISSION / CULTURE FIT: Strong Christian faith and understanding of stewardship as ministry.
• SKILL-SET: 5–7 years’ nonprofit fundraising experience (major gifts, corporate, planned giving, grants).
• Willingness to travel 40–50%; must reside in the East Coast to Midwest U.S.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, CRM, fundraising software, and databases to incorporate
• evidence-based initiatives.
• PLUS: Nonprofit fundraising in a faith-based org.
